SUMMARY:Oil Painting Master Study (April 2025)
DESCRIPTION:Girl with a Pearl Earring by the Dutch Painter Johannes Vermeer Master Study. This beautiful painting was painted over 3 weekends in February/March 2025. Beginners were welcome! If students could not  make all the sessions\, we  provided them with high-resolution training footage of the session missed. \n\n\n\nThis will be a small class so instructor Neil Roberts can give you bountiful attention. This will be held in our cosy fine art printing studio at 212 Productions LTD https://www.212productions.co.uk/contact/ \n\n\n\n> Part 1 (head study\, execute drawing onto canvas and underpainting): Saturday 11am until 7pm  \n\n\n\n> Part 2 (building mass/body\, adding volume\, getting to know the oil medium\, refining the painting) : Saturday 11am until 7pm  \n\n\n\n> Part 3 (Further refining the painting and bringing it to a close) : Saturday 11am until 7pm and Sunday 11:30am – 6pm \n\n\n\nOverall we will cover head study\, underpainting\, grisaille painting techniques\, and glazing. \n\n\n\n
