Noiseyetta
In the soft hills of the Cotswolds, Noisetteya learned to play the piano just to perform one song, moved by hearing it in the film Amélie. This reveals much about how she approaches art.
As a young girl, she saw Gustav Klimt’s The Kiss for the first time and thought, “I want to feel that.”
Since then, she has translated feeling and experience into her work. Each piece holds a story.
She believes her paintings have the greatest impact through the emotional response they evoke in the viewer.
At home, she is a mum who loves cooking and reading. She believes art should carry meaning without needing to shout about it, and that beauty and storytelling should always live side by side. She fights a daily battle not to be inspired by absolutely everything in life, her mind constantly translating moments into paintings — if only time were limitless.
